This is one of my favorite stories in our office. We had a call from a young man from East Texas who wanted to surprise his wife with a Christmas gift of cosmetic surgery. She was 31-years old and very pretty, but after three children she felt her body was "older than she was". At her consultation, we decided together that she would benefit from a tummy tuck combined with liposuction and a mastopexy. (The before and after photos of the mastopexy are available in the breast section of our website.) The surgery was performed with great results and she was a very happy patient.
