This 35-year old patient wore a B cup bra before nursing her children, but gained and lost 110 pounds over a period of time, which resulted in an underfilled A cup. She wanted to regain her original shape and fullness, so after consultation and examination she decided on augmentation with saline implants and a periareolar incision. She was very pleased with the results and returned a year later for an abdominoplasty.
