This 44-year female patient had breast augmentation 10 years prior and had concerns regarding the size of the original implants. After consultation, during which the patient was given information on changes that had taken place in implants over the last 10 years, she chose to exchange the existing implants for silicone implants. These were placed subpectorally (under the muscle) with an incision in the inframammary fold (IMF) achieving the patient's desired result. She was very pleased.
