This 49-year old flight attendant from the Dallas area was concerned about the excess fat she had gained in the abdominal area. She came in for a consult to see if an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) would be the correct procedure to achieve the trimmer, slimmer look she desired. After examination, we decided that an abdominoplasty with extensive lateral liposuction was the best procedure for her. The surgery went well and the patient was quite pleased with the results.
